Every plushy you win from the machines is worth 2 points. The redemption prizes we offer range in different point values, so you have flexibility in keeping some of your prizes and trading them in.

Definitely. Our onsite staff is more than happy to provide you support as you play! We believe everyone should go home with something. If you are having troubles at any of our machines don't be afraid to ask for help!
